KiNAYA Entrepreneurship Development Program (KINAYA) Kinaya Program is a scalable virtual entrepreneurship program aiming to hone the youth’s entrepreneurial skills. Through this program, they are given the opportunity to solve community problems and turn solutions into a livelihood!
Kinaya Program is high-impact skill-based training. The following topics will be covered by their mentors and trainers in the program:Â Innovation of Products and Services, Digital Marketing, Operations Management, and Financial & HR Management
Who can join?
Kinaya is open to groups of 3 to 5 students at least in their senior high school, preferably in their final year, from any school and from any strand or course. Such groups will then be screened to determine those sincerely seeking to hone and develop their entrepreneurial attributes; passionate about creating social and financial value, to promote sustainability and help their community.​
How to join?

- Wait for the acceptance email sent on the week of screening confirming that your team has successfully joined.
- Accepted participants will be added to a Facebook and Messenger group wherein announcements and further instructions would be coursed.

Training Module Overview
WEEK 1
Developing Innovative Business Model Course will enable learners to anchor problems and opportunities with the 17 localized Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a framework. Innovation  inside and outside the box methodology, Systematic Inventive thinking ( SIT) and Design Thinking  respectively , will be used to develop unique products and services.
WEEK 2
Digital marketing involves using digital channels such as search engines, social media, email, and websites to promote products or services to a target audience. It aims to create brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately, convert customers.
WEEK 3
Operations management is the administration of business structure, practices, and processes to enhance efficiency and maximize profit. It refers to overseeing multiple departments and making strategic and tactical decisions in operating and designing the systems and processes.
WEEK 4
This course will provide insight about the definitions and scopes of the four basic financial statements. Similarly, expenses, breakeven, profitability ratios, and depreciation will be discussed. Lastly, in order to understand the mentioned concepts, application through a sample financial statement template will be imparted which will be significant in projecting the possible sales, expenses, and revenue of business.
