Over 18 years of medical device manufacturing experience as President and Director of Philippine Operations of RCM Manufacturing Inc. , a subsidiary of Philips Home Healthcare . Worked for more than 8 years with Petron Corporation and was responsible for terminaling , bulk plant and service station engineering operations. 7 years and counting as a professional provider of quality consultancy, training, and teaching services in the Philippines and other parts of the world.

Lyndon Alarcon
President
Before becoming a successful businessman, Lyndon worked as a Senior Operations Manager with RCM Manufacturing Inc. , a subsidiary of Philips Home Healthcare and was responsible for the technical and engineering aspects in the manufacture of sleep apnea masks for more than 17 years. He was a former President of the Production and Operations Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP), gaining various local and international prestigious recognitions.
Raymund Ganotice
Vice President / Training Director
Raymund is an experienced corporate training professional and faculty for over 31 years. He specializes in business development, program management, project planning, business strategy, and management consulting. He was formerly the training/education services manager of Bayantel, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS), Sun Microsystems, Oracle Australia-New Zealand, Datacraft Phils and Atlantic Gulf and the Pacific (AG&P). Currently, he is the Training Director of the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation Technical Training Center. Since 2006, he has been teaching part-time in DLSU Manila and De La Salle College of St. Benilde handling undergraduate business and IT courses and MBA subjects.
Dolores Galvez
International Relations Director
Dolores B. Galvez is exposed to business as early as five years old through their family business, which honed her entrepreneurial skills. She is a professor and business practitioner with extensive experience in various fields of management. She serves as a resource person discussing entrepreneurship, conflict management, product management, and other types of management, sharing practical insights drawn from academic and industry experience in the field of leadership practice.
Neri Joson
Finance Director
Neri is a Certified Public Accountant, with Master Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila University. She has more than 30 years working experience in public accounting practice and a finance leader in manufacturing, trading, industrial and material handling. She is adept in general management, and has a strong background in labor and commercial law, pricing and product costing.
Neri is also a human resource practitioner with expertise in formulating company policies , compensation and benefits, setting up of retirement programs, managing employee relations and engagement activities , handling of labor relations and compliance to other government/ Philippine Economic Zone Authority ( PEZA ) regulatory requirements .
Katherine Tucay
Human Resource Director
Ms. Katrine “Kat” Tucay is an Assistant Professor at Nueva Vizcaya State University’s College of Business Education, teaching Finance and Accounting and serving as Head of Student Affairs and Services–Economic and Enterprise Development Unit, promoting student entrepreneurship and innovation. She is completing her Doctorate in Business Administration at De La Salle University. An active GoNegosyo volunteer and advocate of the National Roadmap for Social Entrepreneurship, she coaches students in competitions and international programs with Howest and VIVES Universities. As Entrepreneurship Development Director at People Dev International, she leads programs empowering individuals, enterprises, and sustainable community growth across diverse local communities.
Trisha Kaye Sarmiento
Product Development Director
A Business Management graduate specializing in Management and Entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Product Development Director with a strong foundation in strategic planning, operations, and innovation. With over four years of leadership experience as a Digital Marketing and Events Director, she has consistently driven impactful initiatives that enhance organizational growth and program effectiveness.
She brings a results-oriented approach to product development, integrating market insights, creative problem-solving, and user-centered design to deliver high-value solutions. Committed to community development, she conducts mentoring sessions and outreach programs, empowering individuals with practical business and digital skills.
Jim Dechimo
IT & Operations Director
After graduating from Centro Escolar University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Computer Science and Information System, he spent five years in academia starting in 2003. In 2007, he moved into the web development and hosting industry, focusing on hands-on technical work and business management. He now holds leadership roles as the IT and Operations Director at PeopleDev International Corp. and is a Co-Founder, Vice-Chairman, and Chief Operating Officer of the startup APEX Web Ventures Corporation. To support his current work in operations, he is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Pampanga State University.
Catherine Uy
Community Program Director
Catherine Uy brings nearly two decades of experience across education, social development, environmental management, project development, and corporate sales. She has strong expertise in curriculum development, student mentorship, and academic administration as a college professor and program leader. She is actively engaged in program implementation and community-based initiatives, focusing on livelihood development, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. In her current role within a social development program, she designs interventions that promote economic empowerment and sustainable enterprises. With a Master’s degree in Business Management and a background in marketing, she integrates strategic thinking with practical field experience to drive inclusive and sustainable development.
Clare Gonzales
Digital Marketing/Events Head
A dedicated ABM graduate with strong organizational and communication skills from Naga City Science High School. Served as SSG Secretary and Photojournalist, gaining leadership experience. Worked as a City Health Office Assistant, Sales Associate at Naga City Youth, and Accounting Assistant at Chowking, developing skills in teamwork, customer service, and basic accounting. Committed to continuous growth and effective contribution to any organization
